A. Provide custom two color self-leveling epoxy flooring for this project in accordance with the scope outlined in RFP. Epoxy Flooring must be a “green product” with no VOCs and include a 1:1 ratio of resin to aggregate. The square footage of each bathroom is defined in the “Proposal” section under “Proposed Cost.” B. Work must start within 5 calendar days of awarding of contract. It is the intent to award this contract at the regular board of education meeting on January 15, 2025. Work must be completed within twenty calendar days of start of work. C. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, permits, etc. necessary to perform the mentioned work. At the completion of the project, the Contractor is responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all debris, etc. associated with their work on the project. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to perform all work in a professional manner and maintain high quality.
