The Department’s Motor Carrier Size and Weight (MCSAW) Program supports the Department in fulfilling its mission of providing a safe transportation system by performing commercial vehicle size and weight enforcement. The Consultant will provide a wide variety of services that include but are not limited to: planning, standards development, deployment, integration, operations, maintenance, and telecommunications relating to the MCSAW Program. A principal task of the Consultant will be to assist the Department’s Statewide Scale Operations Manager in support of the MCSAW Program and deployments statewide. The Consultant may be called upon to prepare presentation documents for the various procurement methods supported by the Department to facilitate facility upgrades and deployment of technology supporting the Departments MCSAW Program.
