The proposed project is a start from raw property to finished construction project, including, without limitation, all grading, soil preparation, improvement installation, concrete work, purchase and installation of equipment, drainage, all other necessary site work, etc. Park Elements/Improvements. The below lists four different required park elements to be included in the corner park. (The four park elements are collectively called the “Park Elements.”) The Park Elements to be designed, engineered, installed, and constructed are as follows: • Dual Lane 40-Yard Dash. o Timing System. The 40-yard dash is to include an electronic timed system that allows participants to race against an opponent and/or themselves. The proposal must list the timing system to be used and provide information that shows the accuracy of the proposed timing system and where the system has been successfully used before. o Turf. The dual lane 40-yard dash must be a synthetic, durable turf. Any proposed turf must have a useful life expectancy of at least 10 years. o Set Up. The running lanes need to clearly mark the starting and finishing line at exactly 40-yards. There should be standard distance in front of the start line and beyond the finish line for starting and slowing down after crossing the 40-yard mark.
