Make all required changes for TDOT acceptance. o Use the form located at: https://www.tn.gov/content/tn/tdot/government/g/adaoffice0/transition-plan/local-agency-ada-self-evaluation--transition-plan--and-selfcertification-status.html ADA Transition Plan o Prepare a draft ADA Transition Plan for city review. o Incorporate city comments and submit the final plan to TDOT. o Make all changes required by TDOT reviewers for acceptance. o The plan will include all city buildings, rights-of-way, accessways, and properties as listed in Appendix A of this document.
