We extend this proposal to cover all labor, materials, equipment, crane work, and incidentals necessary to install a silicone roof coating system at the City of Aiken Parks Operation Center, located at 1226 Banks Mill Road, Aiken, SC 29803. Subcontractors are not allowed for this bid. Line Item 1: Base bid: All work as described in these specifications, excluding sections 9.0. Line Item 2: Ancillary Work: Provide a cost per square foot to remove, repair, and replace water-damaged roofing materials described in Section 9.0 of these specifications. This identified cost will not be part of the base bid and will not be used to determine the low bidder. This line item will only be used if needed. Specifications: • Pressure wash the roof to remove environmental contaminants • Treat roof with rust inhibitor • Prime and seal exposed fasteners and any end laps • Base and top-coat silicone coating with a 10-year Warranty using ASC S Silicone Roof Coating
