3.1 Do all required work and furnish all parts, labor, equipment, consumables, tools, and methods of communication needed in performance to the specifications herein. 3.2 Remain available for weekend service as State Parks & Trails are open seven (7) days a week. 3.3 Check-in and checkout with the Park Manager or designee when entering and leaving the Park. 3.4 Ensure service personnel performing work remain on-site until Park Manager or designee has been notified of work completion status and provides Park Manager with an invoice of metered gallons pumped. 3.5 Service unit to requirements or make necessary modifications, which shall be mutually agreed to in writing by the Contractor and ASPT Park Manager within twenty-four (24) hours. 3.6 Identify and report problem areas in writing to the Park Manager or designee. 3.7 Perform all work in such a manner as not to inconvenience park visitors. 3.8 Determine the State’s normal working conditions and activities in progress and shall conduct the work in the least disruptive manner. 3.9 Secure and pay for all permits, inspections and licenses necessary for the execution of his/her work. 3.10 Certify, that all tanks are thoroughly pumped by using mechanical and as needed, manual labor in sludge and matter removal of all sludge and matter.
