A.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park - Septic Drain Field Installation for RV Hook Ups (the “Project”) for the benefit of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (the “Contract”). The work to be performed under the Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits and manufactured articles; furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents (the “Work”). The Work, includes, but is not limited to: Installation of a septic drain field system for five (5) RV hooks ups • Design Flow: 500 GPD • System Type: Standard • Sizing: 75 ft/150 GPD • Minimum Trench Depth: 18” • Maximum Trench Depth: 30” • Install approximately 120’ LF 6” SDR 35 sewer line with up to five (5) 4” lateral service lines to RV sites • Install two (2) 1500-gallon septic tanks with one (1) Orenco septic system pump package or equivalent and up to 300’ LF drain field • Install power to pump from existing RV pedestal 120v 20-amp service • Install cleanouts as specified in drawings • Repair of any existing water/electrical infrastructure, if damaged.
