The City of Oroville is seeking an experienced and qualified construction, rehabilitation, and painting vendor to provide painting and dry rot repair services. Work includes repainting the exterior of the Lott House and its adjacent buildings. This includes the main house, the covered patio, the caretaker’s residence, the carriage house, the shed, and the gazebo. The work also includes the repair and replacement of any dry rot on the main house. The C. F. Lott House was built in 1856 and now functions as a City of Oroville Museum and Park. In recent years the house has developed wood rot that needs to be repaired for the structural integrity of the house and its longevity. The exterior paint is chipping and needs to be replaced. This project will ensure the house maintains its integrity and improves its aesthetic appearance for the benefit of the City and its visitors.
