On all sewer, water, paving, CUC/electrical, and bridge projects, the Consultant is required to stake out each stage of work one (1) time. Any additional staking required because the construction Contractor failed to protect the stakes, or failed to transfer the grades, would be at the Contractor's expense. If there were design changes, the Consultant would be paid extra for the stakeout from the City. Stakes needing replacement due to alleged thirdparty actions will require the Construction Supervisor's written approval if a cost is involved and that approval shall be forwarded onto Mr. R.C. Tally for respective paving, sewer, and CUC/electrical work or onto Mr. Anthony Fahres for respective water related work. Additional mobilization and staking costs will be agreed on prior to re-staking.
