1. Scope of work includes replacement of the metal roof panels and valleys on the courtyard side of Roof Areas A, B and C. Work also includes replacement of the built-in gutter system down to the roof deck and replacement of all drains and associated components in these areas. Alternate No. 01 1. Scope of work includes replacement of the built-in gutter system down to the roof deck and replacement of all drains and associated components at the outside edges of Roof Areas A, B and C. Alternate No. 02 1. Scope of work includes replacement of the built-in gutter system down to the roof deck and replacement of all drains and associated components at the outside edges of Roof Areas D and E. Alternate No. 03 1. Scope of work includes low pressure wash cleaning of all metal roof areas and re-coating the entire standing seam metal roof area.
