STREAM is seeking qualified professionals to provide consulting and design services for the I-24 industrial Site. The consultant selected through this procurement will enter into a Master Contract agreement to provide task order-based consulting services requested by the State for work associated with marketing and development of the 1,000+/- acre I-24 industrial site. The scope of services may include services such as: • Consulting; • Programming; • Marketing studies; • Site investigation and master planning; • Preliminary design and specification development for infrastructure; • Technical assistance in utility capacity discussions and potential grant oversight; and • Coordination of site development and construction by industrial tenants. Through this procurement, the consultant may also be eligible to provide design services utilizing the Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Designer (SBC-6) for scope related to the development of the site. Qualification statements in response to this RFQ shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements provided herein. The project will proceed upon consultant selection and approval of the consultant by the State Building Commission (SBC). The consultant will be retained and managed under standard STREAM procedures and SBC Commission Policy and Consultant Agreement.
