• Wastewater and Stormwater Collection Systems: The objective of these disciplines is to enable the City to improve the City storm and sanitary sewer systems to meet the rules and regulations of the State and Federal mandates as well as public demand. Consultant shall provide all services and work required to complete studies, designs, plans, specifications, and estimates for City projects. Typical projects include sewer pipe rehabilitation, sewer lateral replacement, sewer capacity upgrades as recommended by our recently updated Sewer Master Plan, and stormwater improvements outlined in the Pulgas Creek Watershed Management Plan, incorporating green infrastructure (GI), Low Impact Development (LID), and detention design. • Pavement Management: Assist City staff to identify and prioritize pavement preservation projects; design and prepare plan, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) for annual pavement projects including slurry sealing, microsurfacing, mill & fill treatments. Utilize the latest technologies to design and construct/rehabilitate pavements in the most cost effective way. Update Street Saver database after completion of pavement projects.
