SCOPE OF WORK: It is the intent of the Horry County Schools Office of Procurement to solicit offers from qualified vendors to establish a contract to provide Solar Panel Electrical Systems Services to include monitoring, testing, inspections, repairs, maintenance, configuration, and technical support for five (5) schools within the District in accordance with all requirements stated herein. These specifications cover professional services which will include supervision, labor, materials, training, technical support, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide the services requested. The District is not soliciting for an all-inclusive monitoring and repair management agreement that provides guaranteed costs of maintenance. The District is soliciting for a service of inspection with recommendations of repair and improvement. The objectives are to restore lost operation for the areas that are performing poorly and to have an operations and maintenance agreement with a vendor. Inspections are required up to two times per year at each site. The technician shall diagnose problems and provide a written report in regards to the inspection. A quote will be provided for repairs on any issues found within ten days of the site inspection. The District does have a certified drone pilot utilizing a thermographic drone. The District plans on continuing to inspect the system with the drone on an as needed basis. All Solar Panel Electrical components shall be included. If any parts of the system are not identified in the bid specifications it is the responsibility of the contractor(s) to provide service to these parts and equipment at the bid price offered. The District plans to purchase all the materials needed to maintain these systems through the awarded contractor.
