A. The Work consists of construction of removal and replacement of existing power distribution panels testing, cut over planning, final documentation, incidentals for complete and usable facility. B. Bid items: Contractor shall match bid items with payment schedule. 1. Mobilization: Mobilization amount not to exceed 5% of total bid amount. 2. Demolition: Include all labor and materials to remove all existing equipment shown on the contract drawings and identified in the project specifications. Include disposal fees as required. 3. Project Coordination: Contractor shall coordinate and oversee the project including contractor and subcontractors for all aspects of the project. Contractor shall provide an initial project schedule and monthly project schedule updates. Contractor shall provide monthly project progress reports. Contractor shall schedule all progress meetings, provide agendas for each meeting, and meeting minutes for every meeting. Pay Applications will not be reviewed without updated project schedule, progress reports, and progress meeting minutes each month. 4. Installation of New Equipment: Include all labor and material including but not limited to the new equipment as shown on the contract drawings and identified in the project specifications.
