B. Project Scope. The successful proposer will carry out the following general tasks. Please note these are general tasks, not to provide proposers with specifics about how approach or complete these tasks, but to leave responses open to the creativity and expertise of those proposing: 1. Review and analyze data and information about the project area: Review and analyze information regarding land use, transportation, capital improvement, traffic circulation, zoning, recent development proposals, demographic and economic trends, past and present tax generation data, etc. Review and analyze the West Loop Study and the South Growth Area Study, existing county and local comprehensive plans, and additional information the proposer finds relevant to this project. Travel the study area for in-person perspective. 2. Conduct public and stakeholder outreach and engagement activities: Develop a project webpage to gather public input. Create informational materials to distribute throughout the community. Host workshops and public engagement activities to gather public input. Lead monthly meetings with local experts (Technical Committee) to provide insight and advice throughout the project. Conduct stakeholder interviews. Review and assess this input to propose priorities and make recommendations for the study area. 3. Provide monthly reports to the SSCPC to ensure compliance. 4. Complete the report and present it to stakeholders and the public, as requested by the SSCRPC.
