It is the intent for the new home clubhouse and enclosed batting tunnel in the new visitor clubhouse building envelope to address current construction technology regarding vapor barriers, air infiltration, cavity wall construction and U-value requirement set by local code regulations. The scope of various building systems includes HVAC, fire protection, life safety, security, information technology, audio visual, plumbing, standard power and emergency power. The new home clubhouse building HVAC basis-of-design will address code requirements for the various space use. The renovated visitor clubhouse HVAC system will be evaluated to determine the use of the existing building system with some enhancements. The electric system is currently a standalone system with transformer for each building and will most likely require new transformers at each location. Site improvements consist of SWM swales, underground holding tanks, rough grading, fine grading, sediment control, repair or replace the existing pedestrian walkways and parking areas, buried utilities, landscaping and the relocation of bullpens
