The purpose of this contract is to provide annual roadway maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis to the City of Wilmington Street Division. This is a tiered roadway maintenance contract consisting of but is not limited to milling, resurfacing, roadway full depth pavement repair, flexible pavement reclamation of roadways, pulverizing, mixing, grading and compacting the added aggregate base course, existing bituminous layer(s), base, subbase, and subgrade materials along with treating with Portland Cement to a specified length, width, depth and gradation to produce a uniform mixture which meets density requirements, ADA curb ramp up-grades, sidewalk, curb and gutter, stormwater repairs, traffic control, erosion control, pavement markings, utility adjustments and fine grading on various roadways upon request in the City of Wilmington. The estimated quantities in the contract are only for comparison of bids. The actual quantities may vary, and no minimum amount of work is guaranteed. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the execution of said work.
