(1) Project consists of construction of a new 13,490 square foot addition to the Research Commons Thermal Plant. (2) Demolition shall consist of, but not limited to, site clearing and demolition of paving, utilities, infrastructure, and obstructions, as required to complete the work. (3) Civil work shall consist of, but not limited to, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, as required to complete the work. (4) Architectural work shall consist of, but not limited to, building panels, masonry façade and wall, doors, windows, louvers, thermal and moisture protection, openings, specialties, and furnishings, as required to complete the work. (5) Structural work shall consist of, but not limited to, drilled piers, concrete, steel, masonry, and metals, as required to complete the work. (6) Mechanical work shall consist of, but not limited to cooling towers, pumps, HVAC equipment, plumbing, piping, ductwork, insulation, fire suppression, and utilities, as required to complete the work. (7) Electrical work shall consist of, but not limited to motor controllers, transformers, distribution panels, grounding, lightning protection, power, controls, instrumentation, communications, raceways, cables, access control, fire detection, and utilities, as required to complete the work.
