The awarded vendor must have experience in conducting surveys and quality measurement tools with other veteran long term care facilities. The awarded vendor will provide monthly reports indicating on-going survey results and must demonstrate how HLY and CHE compare with other LTC veteran facilities and will clearly show HLY and CHE’s strengths as well as weaknesses. Reports are expected to provide HLY and CHE with a clear understanding of what areas need process improvement. The awarded vendor will perform engagement surveys for new hires on their 15th, 30th, 60th, and 90th days of employment. Reports generated from the employee engagement surveys are expected to provide managers and leadership important feedback on the training and onboarding process to ensure all employees are receiving what they need to be successful. A goal of 85-100% employee contact rate of those employees meeting criteria monthly and annually. In addition to the focus on new hires, the awarded vendor will facilitate exit surveys so that HLY and CHE will gain more insight from individuals who decide to leave their respective organizations. The awarded vendor will conduct employee satisfaction surveys on established employees on an annual basis during their month of anniversary. Results of this survey will be provided to the facilities on a quarterly basis
