Quote price shall include all related costs, travel, lodging, within the hourly rate required for daily service for one (1) non-game day on February 20, 2025, for the site visit with Charlotte Sports Park Security Coordinators and 15 home games. The anticipated start date is February 20, 2025, and end date is March 22, 2025 and attached is a copy of the game schedule. The project address is Charlotte Sports Park, 2300 El Jobean Road, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948. The work shall include, but is not limited to: • Provide one (1) certified bomb canine and handler for each home game starting at 5:00 A.M. until one (1) hour after game ends. Canine and handler should be trained to North American Police Working Dog Association standards or equivalent. • Canine Team is required to follow game schedule and times set for each day, NO EXCEPTIONS. • Total estimated hours worked for Spring Training Season will be approximately 180 hours. • Provider must conduct an annual national odor recognition test (NORT) and provide monthly training records to Charlotte County, Tampa Bay Rays and/or Major League Baseball when requested.
