For the term of this bid contract, the Vendor(s) must provide the following services described herein: A. Manage and transport all used motor oil collected per the State of Rhode Island, Department of Environmental Management’s Rules and Regulations for Hazardous Waste Management, Rule 15.00 – Used Oil Management Standards. B. Submit invoicing with attached itemized pickup statics by community to the DEM on a monthly basis. C. As part of the bid award process, an Agreement between the Department of Environmental Management (DEM) and the Vendor(s) will be executed. D. Removal of used oil from all State Agencies, Quasi-State Agencies, and used motor oil collection containers at up to thirty-nine (39) municipal collection sites, as designated by the DEM. E. Proved at least one UN1A2 55-gallon open-head steel collection drum for used or spent oil filters, at up to thirty-nine (39) collection sites designated by DEM.
