The City of Dubuque Health Services Department is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to license dogs and cats for the City of Dubuque, Dubuque, Iowa (the Project). The City of Dubuque Health Services Department proposes improvements to the current pet licensing software. The City of Dubuque Health Services Department’s objectives for the Project are to identify a firm which will: Provide user-friendly, cloud-based pet licensing software with real-time applications Provide ongoing development of systems for continuous improvement Accept payments via website, over telephone, through U.S. mail Update and maintain rabies vaccination documentation Send notification for licensure Send delinquent notification Send pet license tag Provide excellent customer service to City of Dubuque residents Meet financial and data security requirements (See attachment 11) Provide periodic monthly reports such as overdue license, quality assurance, financial, etc.
