The scope of work for the (Project) will cover the following as a minimum: 4.1 Provide design prime and subconsultant services, including the following: • Topographic design survey and right-of-way mapping, civil engineering design and alternatives analysis, geotechnical investigation, landscape architecture, electrical design, utility design, and structural engineering design • Kickoff Meeting with City • Field visits • Scheduling and Cost Development Meeting • Develop and obtain all permits • Alternatives analysis and development of design concepts • Update meetings through the design development • Design and calculation documentation • Coordinate relocation and adjustment of partnering agency utilities • Assist City with public outreach and updates to various Boards and Committees including development of presentation materials, concept graphics, and miscellaneous public outreach support to Carson City • The City is also performing the following preliminary services for this project, under separate scopes of work and should not be included: o Right of Way research...
