Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Catalis Courts & Land Records, LLC, at a total cost of $13,784.26, for the one (1) year renewal of the existing Practice Manager software support and maintenance services. Practice Manager has been utilized by the County Attorney’s Office as an essential component for legal case management, matter management, tracking, storing documents, and other critical operation functions. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(10) of the County’s Procurement Policy as it is the renewal of software licenses and associated proprietary maintenance and support services from the sole provider of the software. Catalis Courts & Land Records, LLC, is the exclusive owner and provider of the Practice Manager software and the sole authorized vendor for installation, customization, configuration, support, and maintenance services. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
