Provide labor, equipment, and materials to upgrade restrooms throughout all levels of the Crown Coliseum. Scope of work to include repairing, replacing, sanding, grinding, painting, plumbing and electrical work. Additionally, work will encompass counter tops, fixtures, partitions, lighting and other items as listed. Scope of work includes: Arena Level – (1) Men and (1) Women’s Restroom • Entrance Door o Remove any flaking paint and/or rust. o Apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 Zero VOC Interior Latex Eggshell paint or equivalent over primer. Color to be selected by owner. • Partitions o Remove and retain all grab bars, and sanitary napkin receptacles. Remove and dispose of toilet paper dispensers. o Demo existing partitions. o Repair walls as needed. o Install new powder coated, standard privacy, overhead mounted partitions. Partitions to be purchased by contractor. Color to be selected by owner. o Reinstall grab bars, and sanitary napkin receptacles. Should grab bars or receptacles be identified as needing replacements, parts are to be purchased by contractor after approval from owner.
