Pursuant to KRS 311.410, the Kentucky Board of Podiatry is authorized to make all rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement and carry out the provisions and purposes of KRS 311.390 to 311.510. Pursuant to KRS 311.420 (6) and (7), the Board may adopt rules and regulations to license and control licensed podiatrists and podiatric assistants; and utilize such materials, services or facilities, or contract for same, to such extent as the Board may determine. Additionally, pursuant to KRS 311.495, for purposes of enforcing the provisions of KRS 311.380 to 311.510, investigators and other agents of the Board have full power and authority to enter premises at all times for the purpose of making inspections, to seize evidence. Finally, pursuant to 201 KAR 25:051.Section3.Investigation, the Board may cause an investigation to be made by any agent or representative appointed by the board.
