The CM/GC will be expected to work collaboratively with the Design Professional and other consultants throughout the entire course of the project from preconstruction services through final completion. Services may include, without limitation, pricing, development of procurement strategies, value engineering, schedule development, schedule evaluation, logistics planning and management of the construction. In addition, the CM/GC will be responsible for methods of construction, safety, and the scheduling and coordination of the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within its predetermined budget and schedule. The successful CM/GC will be required to work collaboratively and fully integrate with the Owner’s consultants, including but not limited to a Commissioning Agent.
