• Install a new electrical service feed from existing General Electric 480VAC panel board in the gym electrical closet. The new 480V electrical service will feed a new control panel provided and built by contractor to mirror configuration at Athens site. • Install new 120vac power drops for overhead monitors with location of 4 new monitors to be designated by Georgia QuickStart management. • Install new Hytrol conveyor to replicate floor plan layout of Athens SWE. All cable raceways will follow the underside of conveyor to eliminate need for existing overhead infrastructure used on Athens SWE. Install Hytrol conveyor system with the same footprint as Athens SWE. • Construct a deck plated trench from control panel to cable tray mounted on the underside of conveyor. • All control and interface wiring will follow trench and vertically intercept the new cable tray. • Provide and install new pushbutton boxes mounted at each trainee work station. All trainee work station interfaces will mimic the same process control as the SWE in Athens Georgia. • Provide programming support to incorporate process/equipment differences from Athens SWE, taking into account updated components and changes involving current SWE communication protocols. 2 o At the completion of SWE installation, contractor will provide all licensing and programming content which will become property of Georgia Quick Start as registered owner. • Label all stopping points on floor for instructor and trainee workflow process. • Build new Cree-Form racks that mimic Athens Training Center SWE. • Install metal storage cabinets in location determined by Georgia QuickStart. • Provide new Milwaukee 3/8 drive battery operated ratchets. • Design new tool holders at each operator location for tool storage. Tool holders shall be installed in QuickStart’s desired locations. • Construct cars per shop drawings provided by Quick Start from CNC aluminum using horizontal and vertical stich welding for construction. o Provide one spare car in the event of another needing repair. o Install two reflectors on the bottom of each car for retro-reflective photo eye control inputs. o Each new car will be numbered to mimic Athens SWE. o Provide additional car parts for student interaction as described in the shop drawings provided by Quick Start.
