Phase 2: Gym. ● Stand-alone 7,000 SF (+/-) Metal Building Gym built close to the two existing buildings. o Includes a middle school size gym o Includes male and female restrooms o Includes two small offices o Includes relocating an existing shade structure to another location on property ● If the budget allows, a covered walkway will extend to the two adjacent buildings. Phase 3: Renovate Existing Space into Classrooms, Offices, Storage, and Cafetorium ● Create 6 classrooms and a hallway within the footprint of the existing cafeteria (framing, sheetrock, electrical, drop ceiling as needed) o Includes replacing an existing window opening with an existing relocated exterior double door o Includes relocating existing door access control with relocation of double doors o Includes installing 8 cameras (Avigilon cameras to match existing system cameras) o Includes purchasing and installing emergency exit lights as required o Includes relocating and/or adding sprinkler heads as required o Includes purchasing and installing fire extinguisher in hallway o Includes purchasing, installing, and connecting speakers in classrooms o Includes installing communication lines for phones in classrooms o Includes relocating an existing exterior double door to another location in the building and its install o Includes adding 10 four ft windows o Includes purchasing and installing classroom doors with lights to match existing classroom doors o Includes repurposing existing lighting and purchasing and installing additional lighting as needed o Includes rework of existing HVAC as needed (ductwork, thermostats, vents, and returns for each room and hallway) o Includes new VCT and 5 coats of wax o Includes new navy cove base o Includes paint and painting in selected colors ● Create a multi-stall bathroom and small office within the footprint of an existing kitchen (framing, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, drop ceiling as needed)
