The Successful Respondent will be required to provide the following, but not limited to: • Provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to complete the project turnkey. • Replacement of existing sports light fixtures must be a one-for-one replacement with new LED sports light fixtures that feature diming and glare control as well as mounting on the existing framing. • Replacement LED sports light fixtures must be able to do sports white and color changing options within the same fixture. • Show control software for LED sports light fixtures must be able to be integrated with stadium ETC lighting controls systems as well as in house videoboard and ribbon board software for show production. • Furnish show control software and equipment to program light show production and lighting effects. • Program lighting effects and shows for football game day production. • Provide a remote-control option to schedule and turn on/off sports lights • Complete project must meet NCAA lighting level standards. https://www.ncaa.com/news/ncaa/article/2013-11- 21/ncaa-best-lighting-practices • Provide a photometric study to map out light distribution and coverage as well as documentation including lighting install drawings and light level testing. • Respondent must have experience working within professional and collegiate football stadium.
