Farm leasing of approximately 97.90 acres of land in 2025, approximately 109.30 acres of land in 2026, approximately 97.90 acres of land in 2027, approximately 109.30 acres of land in 2028, approximately 78.80 acres of land in 2029 and approximately 19.60 acres of land in 2030 at Jubilee College State Park for agricultural purposes. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of March 1, 2025, or upon signature of the IDNR Director, whichever occurrence is the latter and shall terminate July 31, 2030. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. 30 ILCS 500/20-60. This contract is estimated to have a value over $50,000.00. Please read the entire solicitation package and submit a Bid for evaluation in accordance with the instructions. All forms and signature areas contained in the solicitation package should be completed in full and submitted along with the price proposal which will constitute the Bid.
