1. Interior Demolition: • Interior Walls: Demolish and remove all interior walls, including framing and finishes. • Sheetrock Ceiling: Remove all sheetrock from the ceiling, including any framing and fasteners. • Ceiling Insulation: Remove all insulation material from the ceiling. • Ductwork in Ceiling: Remove all HVAC ductwork located in the ceiling, including supports and asso- ciated materials. • Floor Covering: Remove all existing floor coverings (carpet, glue, etc.) and prepare the floors for future work. 2. Roof Restoration: • Roofing System: The existing flat roof is to be repaired with the use of 26 gauge standing seam roofing material which shall be a neutral color. The roofing installation should include all necessary materials, flashing, underlayment, and sealant to provide a durable, weather-tight, and energy-efficient roofing system. The flashing on the side of the building near the roof line (red in color in the photo) shall be replaced along with the roofing material due to damage which has occurred since the photo was taken. • Existing Roof Preparation: The contractor is responsible for preparing the existing flat roof for installation, including removing debris, ensuring proper surface preparation, and addressing any existing issues that may affect the installation. 3. Electrical Work: • Electrical Wiring: The existing interior electrical wiring and fixtures shall be removed to the breaker box and secured. Only the service to the box shall remain upon completion
