A. The intent of this Contract is to provide the City with as-needed services to complete small projects that may include remodeling, repairs, renovations, replacement in-kind, maintenance, and alterations on potentially emergency work and or time sensitive projects at locations to be determined within the counties stated in the contract title. B. The Contract shall, unless otherwise specified herein, furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, services, and perform all operations necessary for and properly incidental to the Contract work and completion of the Work as indicated in the Task Order or subsequent Supplemental Task Orders. C. Work will be assigned to the Contractor in a Task Order (“TO”). Each TO will consist of, at a minimum, one location, and will describe the extent of the work to be performed, accompanied by drawings and specifications as necessary.
