- Property pins of adjacent lots and intersecting roadways. - Topography along the roadway tied into the Town Datum. The topography information shall be sufficient to create an accurate TIN surface in AutoCAD. - Location of the following in x, y and z coordinates: o Edge of pavement o Centerline of roadway o Intersecting driveways o Individual trees over 2.5 inches DBH in non-wooded areas, and trees over 6 inches DBH in wooded areas of the project. The edges of wooded areas should be delineated o Landscaping areas o Signs, posts, large rocks, mail boxes o Walkways o Fences o House corners and sill elevations o Wet flagging (flagging to be done by Town or the Consultant) o Installation and identification of Survey Control Points o Utility structures (the Town will provide plan of Town utilities that are known) Drainage –manholes, catch basins, culverts, ditches, etc. with pipe inverts, materials and diameters Sanitary Sewer -manholes with pipe inverts, materials and diameters Water- hydrants, water gates, curb boxes Electric poles Telephone Cable Gas line valves
