A. Drafting, reviewing, preparation and enforcement of construction contracts and other legal documents. B. Drafting and reviewing request for proposals for construction related projects. C. Advising the City in connection with construction contract-related claims and disputes. D. Representing the City in any judicial, administrative or other legal proceedings, involving the litigation of construction-related claims or disputes as well as in negotiations, arbitration and mediation. E. Reviewing and advising the City on local, State and Federal laws, rule and regulations that impact its construction activity. F. Participate in claims resolution issues involving the City. G. Offering proactive legal strategies to the City in order to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. H. Developing compliance programs and policies for the City where necessary.
