Design and User Experience • Create custom, visually cohesive designs that reflect Florida Polytechnic University’s brand identity. • Develop wireframes and prototypes for feedback and approval. • Ensure mobile-first design for optimal usability across all devices. • Incorporate intuitive navigation and a streamlined user journey tailored to each site’s audience. 3. Development • Build three scalable, WordPress-based websites hosted on a WP Engine server managed by the University. • Integrate role-based access control to manage user permissions. • Implement dynamic video displays, interactive forms, event calendars, and other engaging features. • Optimize all websites for SEO and fast load times. 4. Accessibility and Compliance • Ensure full compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards to create an inclusive experience for all users. • Conduct accessibility testing to verify compliance. 5. Content Strategy and Migration • Develop a content strategy to guide the organization and presentation of information. • Migrate existing content to the new websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Create new content as needed, in collaboration with University stakeholders.
