The City currently requires the System to perform the following: Record client registration and eligibility information Allow trip booking, reservation confirmation, and cancellations via telephone to reservationists, website, interactive voice recognition, and mobile application (“app”) Notify riders of impending vehicle arrival Provide automated trip reminders by telephone, text messages, e-mail, or mobile app Provide advanced and real-time scheduling/routing and dispatching Provide real-time operational monitoring including vehicle location and schedule adherence Perform reporting and analytics Perform electronic billing/invoicing and auditing of supplemental service providers (e.g., taxis, transportation network companies (TNCs)) Have the ability to easily accommodate more volume or software enhancements (Scalability) Have the ability to integrate with other third-party software
