The following eligibility criteria are addressed in the Application form, section 1: Project information. Failure to check yes/no boxes and provide adequate explanation for each of these items in section 1 may result in disqualification. • Project must consist of new or upgraded green and/or gray stormwater infrastructure intended to address water quantity issues, reduce the risk of localized flooding, and increase resilience to the impacts of Minnesota’s changing climate. • Project must demonstrate predicted flood reduction. • Project must follow all applicable local, state, and federal rules and permit requirements, including, but not limited to, wetland permits, State Historic Preservation Office review, etc. • Project must be on land owned by the applicant, or land the applicant has permission, interest, and commitment to use. • Project long term annual operation and maintenance is addressed. • Project must be based on completed climate vulnerability assessment and/or stormwater modeling.
