The scope of work for this project is construction of the Phase 3 scope of work for Centennial Park - Nashville, TN. Major components include, but are not limited to a new Events Pavilion, renovated Croquet Shelter, vehicular roadway, vehicular parking, walls, seating, steps, paving, landscape improvements, lighting and irrigation. Also included is all grading, drainage, mechanical, electrical and plumbing utilities associated with these components. Furnish, install, and maintain temporary utilities required for construction; removed on completion of work. The construction work planned for this project includes the demolition of defined existing site features and pavement and subsequent construction and installation of landscape and hardscape, paths, parking, roads, utilities, site fixtures and all other plan components as defined in the plans and specifications; as well as allpermits and temporary facilities as needed. The base project scope also includes a new 12,000 sf structure, with roughly 10,000 sf of open-air space under roof and three (3) enclosed components that total 2,000 sf for restroom, utilities, and storage spaces.
