GTA’s primary objectives for this procurement are to: 1. Improve Service Delivery: Ensuring that the services' quality meet the requirements of the state enterprise and individual agencies. 2. Innovate and Evolve the Service Offerings: Provide for the evolution of the service offerings and allow for the capability to flexibly introduce services more nimbly, driving optimization and continuous improvement initiatives proactively to mature the operational environment through innovation, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, introduction of new tools and technologies, etc. 3. Ensure Cost Competitiveness and Transparency: Structure the service offerings so they can be more quickly compared to market services at market rates, and provide for enterprise and agency visibility of consumption, cost, and activities of service providers to deliver quality services promptly. It is expected that the selected MSI provider will bring best practices, tools, templates, and processes as a part of the transition phase and during steady state support.
