As a recipient of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) financial assistance, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Transit Section is required to comply with state and federal rules and regulations. Many FTA requirements flow through WisDOT to subrecipients and their contracted providers, as applicable. WisDOT is responsible for ensuring these entities are aware of and comply with requirements established by FTA. WisDOT is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to assist in the implementation of its oversight and technical assistance compliance review program of 5310 and 5311 subrecipients and to develop and deliver compliance review program modules for intercity bus providers receiving 5311(f) funds and drug and alcohol testing compliance of transit providers of 5311 subrecipients.
