The scope of this project will encompass the first phase of the project. It will include rehabilitation and equipment with installation for approximately 30 DFs. Each DF will need a similar amount of work, however, some more involved than others. This is due to the variance of the density of cabling and amount of existing equipment. The scope for each DF shall include, at minimum, the following work and installation of: • Two (2) new 42U, floor mount racks (1 additional and 1 replacement) • One (1) 2U horizontal cable management • One (1) 10in vertical cable management (one on either side of the rack) • One (1) modular CAT6A patch panel • Horizontal cabling: o Assist with restoring connections and provide support after rehabilitation o Ensure labeling is standardized (See specifications section for details) o Move any loose horizontal cabling (not in patch panel) to new patch panel o Route any horizontal cabling to rear of rack in vertical and horizontal cable management, if not already. • Patching from patch panel to switches
