WINDOW--VINYL BASEMENT AWNING Remove and replace non functioning wooden single pane windows in basement area. They are all in similar deteriorated condition. There are 2 Windows on Side D in Storage 2 and 1 Window on Side B in Utility Room. Field measure, order and install a vinyl awning double glazed, single lite basement window with screen. Wrap exterior trim in aluminum and caulk, prime and top coat all trim on interior. DOOR--PREHUNG METAL ENTRANCE Dispose of door and frame side entrance to basement landing Side D. Door jamb and casing are broken. Install a prehung metal, insulated, outward opening door with safety hinges(non removable or set screw hinge) and jamb including interior and exterior casing, spring metal weatherstripping, interlocking threshold, one entrance and one mortised deadbolt keyed alike (may use existing handle and lock set). Prime and top coat. (Door Allowance $800) SUPPLY--COPPER Replace all galvanized or lead supply lines starting at the meter. Install type L rigid copper supply lines to existing copper supply lines with silver/tin solder.
