The scope of work will generally include (without limitation) preconstruction services and evaluation of site, investigations, budgeting, proposal of alternate systems, design review, constructability review, bidding, value engineering (if required), scheduling, review of conformance drawings, and construction administration in as many packages or scenarios as is expeditious or beneficial to RSA, including without limitation, for the following items: Item A: • Site civil survey to establish grade, easements, roads, alleys, etc. and shall recommend areas to be vacated. • Utility survey and availability. • Geotechnical investigation and report, assume 10 boring locations. • Phase one environmental survey. • Traffic analysis. • Zoning and other planning overlays, analysis, and recommendations. • Vacation of and demolition plans for King Street and McDowell Lee Lane parking lot and a portion of Ripley Street...
