Zebulon Magnet Gifted & Talented Magnet Middle School is planning day trips to Greensboro, NC to visit the Greensboro Science Center and to tour NC A&T University, and is seeking to contract with a vendor who can provide the travel services listed below: • Dates of travel: 3 separate day trips, to take place on January 22, 23, and 24, 2025 • Approximate total number of passengers: 225 students (85 per trip) & 18 chaperones (6 per trip) • Vendor shall provide round-trip charter bus transportation for the trips. • Vendor shall provide and make arrangements for lunch as specified on the itinerary. • Vendor shall provide one full-time tour director per trip. • Vendor shall make reservations for group to visit attractions listed on the itinerary. Cost of attractions shall be included in the cost per student. • Vendor shall make arrangements for guided services at attractions as necessary. • Vendor shall provide detailed itinerary, to include departure and arrival times, destinations, attractions, and meals. o Visit the Greensboro Science Center o Lunch (to be included) at the NC A&T Cafeteria o Self-guided visit of NC A&T University
