Forsyth County Sheriff's Office Communications known as “FCSO”, requests proposals for a quantity of (9) Dispatch Consoles for FCSO Communications Center at 301 North Church Street, Winston-Salem, NC 2710. Public Safety Communications Centers pose unique challenges and demands for dispatchers and for the furniture they use. Unlike an office environment, personnel are often in high-stress situations and reference multiple monitors and ancillary equipment with urgency. They must remain focused and comfortable, and without unnecessary distractions. The proposal should include a turnkey solution to include design, installation, and associated warranties. Additionally, the proposal should include any additional services or extended warranties as options.
