Remove seating and material from work area; Repair, refurbish or replace current seating: Repair and/or refurbish ceiling area including sheetrock, plaster and painting when necessary: Isolate and correct HVAC system auditorium area: Add additional electric meter to auditorium area to isolate from the rest of town hall for metering purposes; Add additional water meters to incoming lines for bathrooms and auditorium fixtures; Remodel stage areas to include dressing rooms; Provide for additional five (5) female restrooms and additional five (5) male restrooms; Power blast decorative plaster around stage area to remove loose paint, prime and paint to desired colors; Sand all floors and stage area and refinish to glossy surface; Detail cleaning of entire auditorium area; Install brass rails in balcony to comply with legal height; Install decorative stage drapes and screen; Reinstall reconditioned seating; Install new light fixtures to match period light fixtures; Present the town architect drawings and engineered plans for peer review by town engineer; Present parking recommendations; Present estimated schedule for construction and time-line for start and completion upon final approval by the town. Provide Information for: Proposed events and programs to be offered to the public including schedules; Proposed parking plan; Proposed process for ticket sales and scheduling of events; Proposed fee schedule; Proposed use of funds collected at events; Proposed staffing plan; Proposed maintenance program and schedule; Proposed security measures; Proposed emergency access, response and evacuation measures;
