The Contractor shall furnish and deliver passenger vehicle(s) as specified herein for the Department of Environmental Services, City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii. II. Minimum Specifications. A. Item No. 1 – Sport Utility Vehicle. 1. Model: New, current production year or later. 2. Type: 4-door, Sport-Utility Vehicle (“SUV”). 3. Seating: Five (5) designated seating positions. 4. Cargo Volume: 60 cubic behind front row. 5. Seats: 2 nd row seat must fold. 6. Powertrain: a. Alternative Fuel Vehicle. Manufacturer’s Alternative Fuel Vehicle using Liquified Petroleum Gas (Propane) or Biodiesel blend with a minimum of twenty percent by volume. b. Hybrid Electric Vehicles (non-plug-in). Engine: Manufacturer’s HYBRID (non plug-in) model Front-Wheel Drive (“FWD”) or All-Wheel Drive (“AWD”) automatic transmission. 1.6 Liter and 200 total system horsepower.
