This Contract shall cover the procurement of food products and supplies for the University of Kansas, Memorial Union during the contract period referenced above. The Contractor must be able to provide a full-service direct order entry system that can be run on IBM compatible personal computers at no charge to KU Memorial Union. The system should work via the Internet. All workstation software must be integrated into a single menu-driven package, requiring no DOSlevel operator intervention. The KU Memorial Union-supplied workstations or PC's use Microsoft Windows XP or higher operating system. KU Memorial Union requires that at least eight users per account be able to access the direct order entry system simultaneously.
