The Village of West Dundee is seeking developers interested in rehabilitating or redeveloping the property located at 108-110 W. Main Street, within its rapidly-evolving historic Downtown. The Village is seeking proposals from experienced developers and/or business owners to renovate the existing structure, including potentially increasing the building’s height, or thoughtfully demolish and construct a new building befitting of the site and the context of Downtown. The Village is open to a range of possibilities that will achieve the below stated goals and objectives. Goals: • Elevate the appearance of the block-face. • Increase property value.
